First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hella.
Quality Engineer
The interview was very professional with the different people responsible for the vacancy, and they addressed any doubts that came up at the time. I felt comfortable with the conversation and how the communication flowed.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IPC 610 and NOM 9001 standards.
- Experience with improvement tools.
Quality Engineer
The interview focused a lot on your past experience. There weren't really any big skill tests, just some basic technical questions about the tools and methods you used in your previous job, which in my case was pretty similar. To make things go well, have a clear interview structure ready where you highlight your strengths. If you've been doing this for a while, it'll be easier to steer the interview. If you're new to it, make sure to mention that you're eager to learn and give examples of times when you did a good job even without much experience.
- What can you offer this company?
- What questions do you have for us?
Quality Engineer
It's a standard process, nothing to worry about. After the online application, you get an email confirmation for an interview. Then there's a first interview and a second interview. Offers are still pending. The interviews are with HR and the department. It was a pleasant conversation with nice colleagues.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Can you answer some technical questions about your current job?
