I went through two group interviews. The first one was with the production manager and quality manager. We also took a tour of the plant. The second interview was with a larger group, about 15-20 people. The role wasn't super clear, but we had some good ideas during the first meeting with the new production manager in Auckland, which I thought went well. The second interview was really tough with some weird questions. It felt like they weren't actually looking for a manufacturing engineer.

The recruiter provided excellent follow-up from start to finish, and even excellent follow-up after hiring. They were always friendly, resolved doubts, and helped with gathering documents and opening bank accounts, as well as coordinating with IT for computer equipment assignment and all the details needed to start working from day one.
