The interview process was quite unprofessional. It was a group interview where they made you feel unimportant and like they didn't care about you. They asked tech questions on Teams and you had to put the answer in the reply, which was inconvenient as they could have used a better platform. They asked too many questions, and personal questions were asked in front of other people.

The application process was super straightforward and standardized. I sent in my application and got an invitation for an interview in Lippstadt really quickly. The interview itself felt pretty superficial to me, but they definitely seemed to take it seriously in a good way. They only asked really basic technical questions like, 'Have you simulated before?'. After that, there was a short tour where I could get a feel for the work environment and the colleagues (even if just a quick look). I got positive feedback just 2 days later, which was surprisingly fast.

It was a straightforward interview, focusing on the candidate's nature and work capacity. Technical and functional knowledge were also assessed. There was a really long wait, and communication was solely via phone, no emails. The final decision took over two months to be communicated. Despite the delays, the HR was very kind and made me feel comfortable, making it a candidate-friendly process. They also looked at my SWOT analysis and academic projects. Overall, it was a good experience because they considered all the important aspects for the role.
