Project Engineer
The interview process was good. It involved a few interview rounds, some with upper management and one with a direct report. Overall, it was a decent experience, nothing out of the ordinary.

There was just one virtual round with simple basic questions. At the end, they asked about my salary expectations. I wasn't given any feedback on why I wasn't selected for the next round.

Project Engineer
I enjoyed the interview process. I had several phone interviews and then an in-person interview with the Oakland Team. I was extremely pleased with how I was treated. I encourage those looking for a fast-paced, energetic, rewarding opportunity to reach out to Helix.
