I applied online and got a call from an external recruiter. We scheduled a phone interview where they asked some questions about the role, and my salary requirements. They mentioned I might have an in-person interview next. I then had an interview at a hotel with two other candidates. When I arrived, I signed in, they took my picture, and I was given sales sheets for a sales presentation. The interview had three parts: building a display with others, a sales presentation/pitch for a Heineken product, and a panel interview using the S.T.A.R. method. It was a pretty unique process compared to other companies.

You'll hear from Man Power Solutions for this opportunity. First, expect a Wonderlic test with 30 questions in about 8 minutes - take the pre-quizzes to prepare. Then, a headhunter will conduct a phone interview to see if you're a good fit. If you pass, you'll interview in a city with other candidates. Bring your passion for the company and learn about it beforehand; it's a class organization with humble principles. You'll start with a team exercise, so work together! Later, a panel interview with 2 managers will ask you to use the STAR format. If you do well, you'll speak with the zone director, which is the final step.

This is a long process and in the end skills do not matter only who you know (because they guy beside me was bragging to the hiring managers in lobby that he is boys with xyz) and looks, (because when you arrive they take your picture..lol). funny they reached out to me via Manpower Solutions, I was advised I must pass two assessment test, Wonderlic and PI then you have to do a phone interview, if you pass you get invited to a face to face, once there you are in a group, know how to build a display, then you have to sell a product to the interviewing managers after that you will be interviewed, then you can leave, you are told you will hear back in a week or two, I did not hear anything back until I called them, this is a cattle herd, getting people in to interview. so they may hire 20 people but are interviewing 150 over 3-4 days somewhere, I know going forward for me in the future no recruiters only direct because temp agencies are all about 50 applicants for one job or worse.
