I went through a bunch of interview rounds, and it took longer than I thought it would. I had to go into the office two times. The interviews were about average difficulty, and it was good to meet lots of the team before deciding to join.

The interview process involved two phone interview stages and two in-person interview stages. I spoke with the head of research, several current associates, and partners I would have been working with. I didn't take the job because I got a better offer elsewhere. It seems like the interview process is consistent across all Heidrick offices.

Behavioral Technical

No feedback on the interview. The process was quite lengthy, with no follow-up. It involved more than 3 stages with different managers. They asked in-depth questions about my work, but then just disappeared after the process. It would be ideal to get some feedback, as Executive Search firms do, especially these days.
