The interview process was planned to have two rounds. The first round was a phone call with an HR representative from the main office in Dallas. I was initially told I'd hear back within a week about the second round, but then they mentioned their process was moving slowly. The second round was scheduled to be an in-person meeting with the supervisor.

Had an on-campus interview with four people from the company. It was a very casual, normal process, and there weren't any technical questions. After that, I had a phone interview with the plant manager and an HR representative. Again, no technical questions were asked. They asked a lot of questions about my personality and what I'm interested in. It seemed like they were really looking for someone who is super enthusiastic about concrete. The hiring team seemed very down-to-earth.

I applied online and then had a phone screen with HR at headquarters. After that, I had a Teams interview with management at one of the plants where they asked me all technical questions. Then I was invited on-site to tour the facility and I got an offer. The process was nice overall with good and helpful people.
