HR reached out, and we had a phone interview. After that, the Director of Sales (DOS) got in touch, and I went in for an in-person interview. I met with three staff members there, and they all asked me questions. They were all nice, professional, and told me a lot about the hotel. It was a good experience overall.

The process was quick. I took a personality test, then interviewed with HR, the Director of Sales (DOS), and the General Manager (GM). The recruiter did a great job hyping me up to the team before my interviews. The interview covered typical hotel sales questions, but they were also interested in me personally and wanted to see if I'd be a good fit for the team.
