It was a thorough process. First, I had a call with the corporate recruiter. She answered my high-level questions about the company and made me more interested in moving forward. Then, I went to HQ in Norwalk for an onsite interview. I met with 5 C-suite executives, and they were all aligned on the company's vision and future. My meeting with the CEO, Anthony Rutledge, was great. He mainly discussed my family and how this role and future roles would impact them. It was very impressive. Lastly, I met with the hotel's ownership group at their office. The whole process was timely and well-managed.
