The interview experience was great, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly people. The questions weren't too technical. It consisted of two interviews: one with HR and another with the team lead for the specific role. I ended up getting the job and had an awesome summer with the team.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were about 3 interviews in total, and the questions seemed well-considered. The team were attentive listeners and answered my questions and concerns candidly. There was a minor delay in the offer because some team members were on vacation, but they kept me informed throughout the decision process, which was appreciated.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out about coming in for an onsite interview with the two hiring managers. It was all set, but when I arrived, the whole office seemed surprised to see me. The hiring manager didn't have my resume and assumed I'd already spoken with the recruiter. To make things worse, one of the hiring managers was unexpectedly out. So, I ended up interviewing with one hiring manager who asked standard questions, and then another manager from a different team, seemingly just to fill the time. I get that things happen, but the whole thing was super disorganized. It felt like they didn't respect my time or the effort I put in, and it left a really bad impression, especially since nobody followed up with me afterward.

Thought it was a good interview. The interviewer was 15 mins late which was annoying. We chatted and they were friendly. Everything seemed great, then I got an email saying I didn't get the job. I guess they had someone else in mind. Seems unprofessional and a waste of time. Asked for a reason but didn't get one.
