About 3 rounds of interviews, plus reference checks. They really took the time to figure out where I could be most useful and if the job I applied for was a good match for both of us.

I had a phone interview scheduled for July 23rd, but got an email about 15 minutes before it was supposed to start asking to reschedule for the same time the next day, which I agreed to. It went well, and I was asked about my experience and ideal career path. The talent officer said the hiring manager was on holiday for about 2 weeks but would arrange a face-to-face interview. After 16 days, I followed up, and they said they'd chase it. Still no word, so 5 days later (21 days after the initial call), I asked if I could speak to someone in the Manchester office directly. The talent officer replied that the line manager apologized for the long wait and that the team decided to put the role on hold. Totally unprofessional, disorganized, and disappointing.

The interview process included a phone screen followed by two in-person interviews. The questions were pretty standard and straightforward, mostly focusing on my background and previous work experience. It was a generally positive experience, with no major surprises.
