The interview process seemed a little unorganized. I was told my last interview would be with a VP but then they had me interview with one more person. After 9 weeks from my initial interview and 6 interviews later, I wound up finding out I was no longer consider through their job board. To be honest, I should have seen it a sign after the 3rd interview. It’s disappointing that after you spent hours preparing and taking the 30m+- 1hr for interviews that you don’t even get a formal email explaining that they went with another candidate.

The interview process involved several rounds: first an HR call, then the hiring manager, followed by a team member, and finally the CFO. For the last stage, I was asked to come back in to meet with the same three team members again. After following up multiple times over two months, I was informed the position was put on hold and never heard back. I only found out I didn't get the job when I saw my application status changed to 'no longer considered'. The team itself seemed nice, but I was pretty unhappy with how everything ended up.
