The interview process was unprofessional, involving a few rounds before they'd ghost you and ignore follow-ups. There was no feedback from the recruiter or hiring manager, and it was clear they weren't communicating. I'm not even sure the role I interviewed for was actually open.

This was the longest interview process I've ever done, taking several weeks to finish. It involved multiple interviews, including a mock pitch with potential teammates and a final meeting with the CFO.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a screening call, then two more video calls. After the last one, they told me I was a finalist. But then weeks, even months, passed. I followed up a few times asking for updates, and the recruiter just sent emails saying "no decision has been made, I will follow up with the team and get back to you." No replies to my follow-ups, calls, or voicemails. It was really unprofessional and disrespectful given the time I put in.
