The interview process was very straightforward and they didn't draw it out longer than it needed to be. The questions were related to the job description and I felt like all the recruiters and hiring managers knew what they wanted.

I was contacted by a recruiter after they declined my application on Indeed. My first contact was with a recruiter who was screening for someone willing to work the wacky hours. She admitted most people turn down the job once they hear the hours. I agreed because the pay is in my range. The second interview with the same recruiter went well and was easy. She scheduled a third interview and assessments. She made a point to tell me I needed to make at least a 75 on the computer skills test, which she described as easy things like bookmarking pages. I am computer literate and have been working with Microsoft programs/gsuite my entire career. The personality test was odd, but the computer skills test was the real kicker. It apparently was not working properly, and my attempts to ask for help went unanswered. It was a series of easy tasks like making folders and appointments in outlook. I missed the cut-off by 6 points and was aggravated by the testing. I received a note stating I could re-apply in 3 months, but I won't be. No wonder they picked me after declining my initial application; no one likes the hours and the system they test on has issues.

The interview process was terrible and unprofessional. I was excited about this company, but my interactions with multiple people changed my mind. They ignored emails for about a week at a time, multiple times. Then, I was told to use their calendly to set up a second interview. I scheduled it three times using their link, and they missed all three calls. They didn't even follow up until I called them. I told their boss about this, and then the main boss contacted me for feedback. I thought this was a good sign, but after I replied to his email, he also ghosted me. Super unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend this.
