First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Healthy Spot.
Sales Associate
I heard about Healthy Spot from someone who used to work there and applied after seeing the opening on Indeed. It took about two weeks to hear back via email, and then I got a call the very next day. The interviewer was super enthusiastic and did a great job explaining what the store is all about.
- What makes you want to join Healthy Spot?
- Could you share your high school and college GPA?
- Which role are you seeking?
Sales Associate
The process moved really fast, taking just a few days. I got an email for a phone screen to interview me. The recruiter seemed to like me and said she'd recommend me, seeing no reason I wouldn't be a good fit. Later that same day, she called about a second interview, which happened the very next day! The manager interview went well too. However, today I got an email saying they hired someone else. I'm pretty bummed out because I really thought I'd get the job.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Sales Associate
First, a phone interview. Then, a face-to-face with the store manager. They will ask you about yourself and your past experience. Make sure you dress well and be on time because they don't like people who are late. It shows a lack of interest.
- What makes you the best candidate?
- What are your motivations for wanting to work for HS?
