It seems like there were about 2 interviews. First, an initial call, and then a second meeting to connect with other team members and go through more structured questions. The team was really nice and on time. All questions were easy to grasp, and they were happy to answer my questions too. Overall, it was a great experience.

I went through a structured interview with a panel of two people. The questions were direct and gave me a good chance to show my strengths and weaknesses. The interview felt professional, yet friendly and approachable. It was scheduled for 45 minutes and they stuck to the time. The interviewers were clearly skilled and experienced in conducting interviews and providing feedback. My application was held for a while (over 6 months) before I heard back, but I was expecting this and was pleased when they eventually reached out. If they say they will revisit your application later, they really do mean it, which I found very honest and transparent. I'm sharing this to help others who are interviewing soon and might be worried by negative reviews. I'm not particularly young, and despite an older review mentioning a bad experience, my interview went very well, and I heard back the same day. While this might not always happen, my experience, aside from the waiting period which I don't mind, was overwhelmingly positive.

I was rejected because I am too old. I graduated in 2005 and have a Master's in a Behavioral Health field and experience with disabled kids and bilingual people. They didn't even get to know me. It's a shame.
