Manager
The hiring process was a mess and dragged on. Several times, the hiring manager either didn't show up for the interview or was super late (15-20 mins). For the panel interview, most of the interviewers bailed, and the ones who showed up asked a bunch of weird questions that had nothing to do with the job or my background. It felt like one interviewer had the wrong resume because they kept mentioning jobs and companies I've never worked for. Another person straight-up doubted my experience, saying I probably didn't actually do the job I claimed. It was just a really bad and unprofessional interview experience overall.

Implementation Manager
We had 3 interview rounds. First was a call with the Recruiter to discuss qualifications. Second was a Zoom meeting with the Associate VP to talk about the job role and my experience. Third was a Zoom meeting with other Implementation Managers to discuss the job role and experience.
- Can you tell me about some of your past projects?
- What are your motivations for seeking this role?
Implementation Manager
It was a pretty straightforward process, lots of questions came up. Mostly focused on project management topics. I had panel interviews with the directors. Everything was done virtually and felt pretty relaxed. I got a response back quickly and started shortly after.
