The interview process was smooth and consistent, with a comfortable environment for answering questions. It was a group setting and the onboarding process was quick. It was a first and second interview, they were close together and the start date was fairly close after the second interview.

Had three interviews in total. Started with a group interview, then two more interviews with management and HR. The group interview wasn't too hard. Not everyone has to do the third interview; they save that for when they have more candidates they like than open positions.

I put in my application online through careerbuilder.com, and then a few days later, I got an email inviting me for a first interview. The first interview was a group thing with about 15 people. They split us into smaller groups and asked us some easy questions like: What are your hobbies, what do you think about the company, and what experience do you have that fits this job? I got called back for a second interview, and it was pretty short, only about 20 minutes. They asked me where I saw myself in 2-3 years and to tell the manager about my hobbies and interests.
