Customer Service Representative
The interview process was smooth and consistent, with a comfortable environment for answering questions. It was a group setting and the onboarding process was quick. It was a first and second interview, they were close together and the start date was fairly close after the second interview.

Account Manager
The first interview was a 30-minute Zoom call, which was super easy. The interviewers were great! Then there was an in-person interview.

Health Coach
They have 2 interviews for this role. The first one is with HR and the Health Coach Manager. The second interview is with the Health Coach Manager, a Health Coach, and the head of HR. The first interview had the standard questions and the second interview was more of the same questions. It also included two case studies that they pull from clientele records. This whole process takes about 3 weeks.
