First, someone from Florida called me, then I had a phone interview with HR, also from Florida, even though the job was in Manhattan. After that, I went to NYC for an in-person interview with the hiring Director and three other people. It was a well-organized process, lasting about an hour, but the office seemed really hectic.

Behavioral

I thought the interview process was pretty rough. They set up a schedule with a bunch of people I was supposed to talk to, but they kept changing the interview schedule while I was there. They called when I was on my way to the company for interviews and changed the start time to be earlier. Talking to some of the people who interviewed me, they mentioned they were double-booked and had to change their times. A suggestion would be to make sure the schedule with the employees doing the interviewing is clear. When you're working and have set aside time based on your original commitment, it's hard to adjust. It also shows a lack of respect for your time.

I interviewed with people at my level if I were to get the job all the way up to senior executives. Interviewers were friendly and an open dialogue was encouraged. There was also an opportunity to ask questions. Some interviews were online and there was also an opportunity to attend in-person. The interview process consisted of many rounds with various team members at different levels.
