This was the worst interview experience. The hiring manager didn't show up for the final round. Of the three people I was supposed to meet (a director, the hiring manager, and a senior analyst), only the analyst attended. There was no apology or explanation. I had to follow up to get a vague response. The team and organization are extremely unprofessional for allowing this.

Technical Behavioral Coding Presentation

The interview process started with a phone screen where we talked about some healthcare analytics topics. After that, I had a panel interview with 4 people at their office in the Financial District. The building was nice and the interviewers were all great. Most of them asked about technical analytics stuff, mainly by having me describe past projects. One interviewer seemed to be there mostly for general impressions. They were all interested in my coding skills in SQL, SAS, and VBA, and also asked about Python. They got back to me pretty quickly since I was also being considered for another role. I received offers from multiple teams, so I got to choose. It was a great interview process overall; the people seemed really passionate and friendly. They were open about any potential downsides of the company. It seems like if you're a good fit, they'll do a lot to hire you, which shows they're serious about finding and keeping good talent.

I had a screening call with HR, then a 1-on-1 over the phone with the hiring manager. After that, I met with three people (managers and a director) back-to-back in the office on the same day.
