I applied online through a university jobpage. A few days later, I was contacted to do a Hirevue recorded interview online. A few days after that, I was invited to do an on-site or Skype interview and had to send my availability. I responded as requested, but then heard nothing back. I tried to reach out to my point of contact, HR, and talent acquisition *multiple* times to set up the second interview, but still got no response. About two weeks later, I received a rejection email, even though I still hadn't gotten a response to schedule my second interview. I thought this was really unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this company after this experience.

I got through the first video interview and made it to the second round. They told me they'd let me know about the next steps but I never heard back. I followed up a few times via phone and email. Eventually, they told me they had already hired someone from the first group of candidates. I thought this was really unprofessional, especially since they had already reached out to me about the next steps.

Great experience, they followed up quick after each step. The system was efficient: Hirevue video interview, then an interview with a staff member. Everyone I emailed or met was nice and always followed up, which I really appreciated.
