The HR person was a mess, forgot the confirmation email and then blamed me. I had to chase them for basic info like the job number and who I was meeting. The interview was with the hiring manager and another person. They first asked about my background, then told me it was a technical interview and that this was the first of three rounds. Things got weird when the associate got visibly annoyed with me for engaging her on a comment and then cut me off. It wasn't even like we were rushed, we actually finished 30 minutes early. The hiring manager was silent the whole time, just watching, which was pretty unsettling. When I asked about what happens next, the hiring manager punted it back to HR, who, surprise surprise, never contacted me, even though my application still says I'm being considered. Super unprofessional from everyone involved. I ended up taking another job.

Behavioral

I had an initial chat with HR, and then I immediately spoke with the hiring manager for the role. It was a pretty straightforward process, lasting about 40 minutes. They mainly asked about my responsibilities in previous roles. Both of them did a good job explaining the day-to-day tasks and the perks of working at the company. I felt a bit hurried by the HR person, though; I had more questions but her vibe made me feel like I shouldn't ask them. They both said I'd hear back within a week about whether I got the job. I didn't get selected, and they didn't call me back as promised. Other than that, my experience with Healthfirst was okay.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process is pretty standard. HR was upfront with feedback. On interview day, you meet the Hiring Director, your manager, and usually an assistant director or department director. Each meeting is about 30 minutes. The questions are mostly behavioral, with some on specific skills. I liked it because they seemed genuinely interested in me and what I bring. It was very relaxed and conversational. I figure they wouldn't invite you in if they weren't already comfortable and ready to offer the job if it felt right for both sides.
