Leaving applicants in the dark like this feels unprofessional, and it raises questions about the approach Healthfirst uses for managing candidates and filling positions. It’s now been over a month, and I’ve received no updates—neither an email nor any changes on the candidate portal.

The interview was through Hirevue. You need to be comfortable speaking on camera. Some basic tips: be in a quiet room, dress professionally, always smile, and speak clearly and at a moderate pace. If you aren't too self-conscious about your actions, you should be okay.
