The interview process was really nice and friendly over Teams Video. I had applied for both a senior and a non-senior position. The interviewer asked if I was interested in both roles. I said I would consider both but felt the senior role was a better match for me. Then, a different person called after my interview and wasn't sure how I passed the initial screening, thinking I was more suited for the non-senior role. After some thought, I agreed to that, and she told me the maximum salary they could offer. I accepted, and she mentioned someone would contact me the following week for another interview. I was surprised because I had just interviewed two hours prior. I waited for the next week to start and reached out since I hadn't heard anything. I had to contact two different people to get a response, and one of them texted back saying they would be in touch next week. Ultimately, I received an email saying they were moving forward with another candidate instead of an offer or a second interview.

The process was a nightmare, I had to beg for updates the whole time. The panel interviews were a mess; one person had a scheduling conflict, and they crammed multiple interviewers in at once, leading to a barrage of questions with no time for detailed answers. It was super disappointing given the company's size and history. These issues, plus the 'meh' employee reviews, really paint a picture of what it's like to work there. The pay is also way below market. I can't recommend it.
