First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HealthEquity Inc..
Member Services Representative
I was really excited to interview for this job and potentially join this great company. I got to chat with Stephanie and Charita, and I really appreciated them taking the time. They told me I'd get an update on the next steps, but I haven't heard back yet. I know things can get delayed, but it's been disappointing not to get any follow-up, especially since I was so keen on the role. Good communication really shows a company's values, and I hope future candidates have a smoother experience. Thanks again for the interview opportunity.

So we had about 15 people in this conference room, all for the same gig. They laid out what the job was about and talked about the company's goals. Then, we got to ask our questions. After that, there was a computer test and then one-on-one chats with the interviewers, who were pretty chill and funny. They asked around 10 questions, mostly about us. I heard back about a week later with a job offer.
