Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HealthCare Support.
Recruiter
First, I had a phone screen with a corporate recruiter where we talked about the job, the pay, and what they were looking for. Then, I did a job shadow with a current recruiter, and after that, I had an in-person interview with the manager.
- What drives you?
- Tell me about challenges you've faced in previous roles.
Recruiter
This was one of the easier interviews I've been through. We discussed my previous experiences, not strictly using the STAR method, but focusing on the number of requirements I managed. Having a higher number of requirements was seen as a positive, indicating the ability to handle multiple tasks for their clients.
- Can you tell me about the volume of requisitions you managed?
Recruiter
The interview went smoothly, and the staff seemed friendly. They were looking for someone with more experience for this inside role. It sounds like a good opportunity if you're up for trying it.
- What are your hobbies outside of work?
