First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HealthCare Support.
Chief of Staff
It started with a quick 15-minute phone chat where they looked over my resume and then had me rate myself on some personality stuff. The next interview was in person. They gave me two tests: one for logic and reasoning, and another for common sense. After they saw how I did on the tests, they asked about my past jobs. It became pretty clear during this interview that they were actually looking for an Executive Assistant, not a Chief of Staff. I didn't make it past this round, but it seemed like the next steps would have been meeting with the Hiring Manager and then the CEO.

Recruitment Coordinator
I applied and got a call from a recruiter who asked about me, my experience, and my goals. They mentioned the pay range is $12-$13/hr but offered $14 because of my previous salary. After that, I had an in-person interview with the Corporate and Recruitment managers that was about 20-30 minutes. It went well, they were professional and friendly. They asked what I knew about Healthcare Support and the job, plus my work history. The whole thing took about a week and a half, and I heard back in two days. Make sure to have references ready and tell them you'll be contacted. I accepted initially but then declined because I got another offer that was a better fit for health administration. It's a good role for HR experience, and Healthcare Support is a great company.
- What is your knowledge of Healthcare Support?
Prior Authorization Technician
The interview process was pretty good. I had two separate phone interviews with two different people. They were both very nice and easy to talk to. After that, the recruiter arranged my next interview with the contracting company, and that went really well. He even sent me an email with tips on what to wear for the interview.
- What are your thoughts on transitioning from a permanent job to a temporary one?
Recruiter
This was one of the easier interviews I've been through. We discussed my previous experiences, not strictly using the STAR method, but focusing on the number of requirements I managed. Having a higher number of requirements was seen as a positive, indicating the ability to handle multiple tasks for their clients.
- Can you tell me about the volume of requisitions you managed?
