I had a phone interview and then a second phone interview. After the second call, they said they would set up a face-to-face interview and get back to me by the end of the day with a date and time. I have been ghosted since. I even tried to call them to follow up and they said they would call me back and still nothing. It's a two way street.

I initially submitted my resume, and a few days later, I got a call from a regional manager. We scheduled an interview at a nice offsite location in Cleveland. It went well, and they set up a second interview with the Divisional Vice President and another District Manager. This one was on-site at one of their facilities in Akron. That also went well, we discussed salary, and I accepted the job offer. That was 6 years ago, and now I'm the one doing the interviewing for new District Managers.
