I got a call for an interview really quick after posting my resume. First, there was a phone interview. Then, I went for a one-on-one interview. It was mostly the interviewer talking about himself and how he has everything figured out and doesn't have to do any actual work. After the interview, I knew a lot about him and his personal life, but I don't think he even knew my name. He was so focused on talking about himself that I learned nothing about the company or the job, just about his bad character.

I found this job posting online and the District Manager reached out. First, we had a quick phone call where we talked about the company, the job, and my experience. Then, I met the District Manager in person at one of their locations. We discussed the company culture, the opportunity itself, and my background. After that, an Account Manager from a different location called me for a second interview, this time in person. We went over the job details and the training involved. A couple of days later, the Account Manager called again, saying the District Manager approved an offer. The offer was conditional on completing some paperwork and a background check, which could take anywhere from two days to two weeks.

I interviewed with the senior district manager and then the district manager. We met both times at a hotel they were staying at. The interviews were super quick and they didn't get into much detail about the facility or what they expect. It was on a Saturday. The second interview, they were late and it made it hard to get back to work on time since I used my lunch break.
