I had an on campus interview and then a 3 hour super day at HQ. It was four 30 minute interviews with different panels. The HR rep said I'd hear back shortly after Dec 1st. I sent a thorough thank you email for the whole process but got no response. I heard nothing until Dec 24th, when he said they were close to finalizing decisions and would provide another update in the days after the New Year. I heard nothing until Jan 22nd, when he told me I didn't get the job.

I had a phone interview with HR first and then submitted my info to the team to gauge their interest. After that, I was invited for a full day interview event, from 9am to 4pm, where I met with 7 different people. It was pretty exhausting, with back-to-back behavioral questions, and they asked the same ones multiple times. The interviewers were nice overall, but at one point, I seriously considered withdrawing from the process because I wasn't interested anymore.
