Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Health First.
Business Analyst
There were 3 interviews in total - 2 over the phone and 1 in person. I spoke with HR first, then the hiring manager, and finally went through a panel interview. The whole process lasted about 2 months. After the panel, they said I'd hear back within 3 weeks, but I actually got the offer in less than a week.
- Can you describe your past experiences and how they relate to this position?
- How would your previous collaboration with various departments help you succeed in this particular role?
Systems Analyst
It was a typical interview with standard questions, nothing too out of the ordinary. Overall, it was an average experience.
- Can you tell me about the most difficult situation you've faced and how you approached resolving it?
Business Systems Analyst
I had to reschedule this interview at least four times with Talent Acquisition. When I finally got to interview with the hiring manager, they informed me that the department had been restructured and the job description had changed. Because of this, they stated that I was no longer interested in or qualified for the role. It was a complete waste of my time.
- Would you be interested in the new role?
