Software Engineer
Recruiter made process steps very easy and straightforward. Interview itself was very behavioral. Asked leetcode easy with a twist. Very standard procedure with resume questions and then culture and team fit questions.

A third party recruiter first got in touch about a role at HCSC/BCBS. Then, HCSC/BCBS's internal recruiter reached out the next day and we talked about how to move forward with the onsite interview. The screening part wrapped up in a few days. I had an onsite interview in Richardson,TX Corporate HQ with an Application Architect and a Senior Developer. The questions were tough but fair. It was an hour long. About an hour after that first onsite, the BCBS recruiter I was working with told me I'd be moving on to another onsite interview. That happened a week later. I met with a Senior Executive, who was really nice and put me at ease. A manager joined the interview remotely.
- Tell me about your previous experience.
- Can you discuss your past leadership roles?
- Let's talk about technology-specific questions.
Software Engineer
The process was very fast. I applied, and within two days, a recruiter called me. We then scheduled the interviews based on my availability. I had my interview within a week, and on the same day, they made me an offer.
- Mixed behavioral and technical rounds with managers and developers.
- Typical stack-based questions were asked.
- Mostly questions on Angular and Java for me.
