Behavioral Presentation

There were a few potential employees in a main room. We completed a few documents and questionnaires while supervisors came in one by one and grabbed one person at a time. We each waited our turn in the main room. Once you were taken by a supervisor into another room, that's when the interview process began. Typical back and forth banter with a lot of questions and note taking by management. Nothing was out of the ordinary as far as what to expect. This is an inbound call center and a CSA'S role is to handle customer inquires, payments, etc. A lot of role playing and general customer service questions.

You submit your application, then do an online assessment that takes about 2 hours. After that, you wait about 2 days for a recruiter to call you. Then, 2-3 days later, you go in for an in-person interview. During this interview, 2 people will talk to you and ask 5-7 questions each. They'll write down your answers, so be super specific! Finally, you'll do a mock role-play where you are the rep and the interviewer is an angry caller.

Confirmed questions7 questions
  • Tell me about a major project you worked on and how you handled it.
  • Describe a time you set a goal and how you achieved it.
  • When have you experienced a setback, and how did you frame it?
