It started with a phone chat, then some in-person testing, and finally an in-person interview. The questions felt really scripted and the same in both the phone and in-person parts. They used behavioral questions, and honestly, they barely asked me anything about myself. It didn't feel like they were checking if I could do the job or if I'd fit in. I didn't get the job in the end, though after interviewing, I wasn't even sure I'd take an offer. After all the time I put into interviewing and testing, they just sent a generic HR email saying I didn't make it. That just solidified my negative feelings about them.
