It was a video interview. The questions were pretty good, but it felt very structured, almost like I was talking to myself most of the time. They asked me 7 questions, some were pretty basic and some were behavioral.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The interview questions were given 30 minutes prior to my interview. However, there will be an Excel case given after the behavioral questions, just a basic test for Excel fluency.

For the interview, they hit me with a few technical questions. First, I had to explain the difference between standard error and standard deviance. Then, they asked for a detailed intro to experiment design. After that, they gave me some R code and wanted me to explain what it was doing. They also asked about missing values.
