Case Manager
I had to do a test first, and then I had a call to set up a panel interview. A week after that, I got the job offer. It was a quick and easy process.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Case Manager
We had a Zoom interview, and the questions were actually things I had already emailed them about. It was under an hour, and mostly they talked about the company and the job, and then I had to explain the three most important things from my past jobs.
- Could you describe the three most critical responsibilities from your previous position?
Case Manager
I applied online and then got a call from HR in about 2-3 days. They wanted to see if I was still interested and to set up an interview. I had to answer some questions and then we booked the interview. I went to the interview and talked to 1-2 supervisors who are case managers there. They said they'd call me to tell me if they were offering me the job.
- Can you share a significant challenge you've faced in work, school, or life, and detail how you overcame it and what you learned from the experience?
