The interview process was very quick. The first round interview was super short, under 10 mins, and ended suddenly. Before moving on, they required a skills assessment which was basically a grammar and spelling test. The second round was a chat with two hiring managers, very relaxed, not intense. I got the offer the next day but turned it down due to the really low salary.

Behavioral

I had a phone interview that was done remotely because of Covid-19. It was the first round and it was behavioral, asking basic questions about customer service and my past experiences. The hiring manager was chill and the interview was quick.

The interview is in 3 parts. First, it's over the phone. If you pass that, you come in to take 3 assessments. If you pass those, then you get to sit down for a proper interview.
