The first round was about why I wanted to go into consulting and specifically health advances, my applicable skills, and then a short case. It was about 45 minutes total. The second round was two hours long, and it involved the same kind of behavioral questions but also harder quantitative cases in the pharma space.

It wasn't too stressful, and the interviewer was nice. She started by asking some behavioral questions, like why I was interested in consulting and why I wanted to work for this particular company. Then, she asked about my previous experiences and the work I had done. Finally, we ended with a case question.

The interview process was pretty straightforward with behavioral and case questions. It wasn't overly challenging and felt more forgiving than other companies I interviewed with. They really valued that I had researched the company and could point to specific things that made it stand out from other life science consulting firms.
