I applied online and then heard back from HR about setting up a phone interview with an Engagement Manager. HR kept getting the dates and times wrong so I had to correct them. First round was a 30 minute phone interview with an Engagement Manager to go over my background and experience. They gave me a case study assessing two separate possible market sizes for a pipeline asset. I was asked which indication they should pursue and why, and how I would get this information. Second round was an in-person super day with 5 interviews. The first 3 were a mix of behavioral and case interviews. The 4th was lunch with a team member and was mostly to get an insight into the day to day life. The 5th was with the person who leads recruitment/staffing/professional development to get a feel for how the day was going and they gave me a tour of the office. Overall it was a good experience so I was a bit surprised when I was rejected. It's fairly "academic" so I have a feeling my lack of advanced degrees didn't help.

Behavioral Case Other

HR reached out to schedule an interview and I gave my availability. I had a one-hour phone interview with a Consultant. They asked some basic behavioral questions, presented a case study, and then I had a chance to ask them questions about the company.

Behavioral Case

I got into the interview process through on-campus recruiting, so I sent in my resume and cover letter via my school's career services. I got an interview that was held on campus. It had a fit section with standard questions like 'why do you want to work here?' and 'tell me about x on your resume.' I messed up the case portion and didn't get a second round.
