Licensed Practical Nurse
After I applied, the talent acquisition team contacted me very quickly. I then had an interview with multiple clinic staff members, and the atmosphere and people were very friendly. The clinic manager contacted me a few days later. The whole process was efficient and went smoothly.
- Could you share an instance of a challenging moment from your career and explain your approach to handling it?
Product Owner
The hiring process took a while from when I applied. It involved three interview rounds that were scheduled two weeks apart. First, there was a talent acquisition screening. If I passed that, I moved on to a second round, which was an IT Team technical interview. Finally, the third round involved a presentation of my work product.

Site Director
The interview process seemed to go pretty well overall, although the salary they ended up offering was way lower than what's typical for this kind of role. They asked some really good questions and gave me plenty of time to ask my own. However, they weren't super clear about the day-to-day responsibilities of the position.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered resistance to change and how you handled it?
Program Director
A recruiter reached out via email to set up a phone interview. During this call, they asked if I was interviewing with other companies. I mentioned I had a relocation opportunity with my current employer and shared my decision timeline. After the initial call, there was a week of silence before the recruiter contacted me again to schedule a Zoom meeting with the regional clinical director. This interview went very well; they seemed eager to fill the role quickly due to a tight schedule. About five days later, I received a call from the recruiter to schedule a Zoom meeting with the operations VP. Following that meeting, the VP mentioned the recruiter would arrange a meeting for me at the hospital. The recruiter contacted me two days after that to set up the hospital meeting. The hospital interview was fantastic, and the HR director even called me afterwards to congratulate me on the positive meeting. After six days without hearing anything, I tried contacting the recruiter via phone and email without success. On the sixth day, I received an email to complete reference checks. My references submitted their reviews within 28 hours. It's now been six days since I got the reference check email, and I still haven't heard back. Their target start date is in five days. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of communication; I'm unsure if I'm still a candidate or if they've moved on.
