First, I had a quick phone chat with the recruiter who then set up an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. The interview focused on my forklift experience, how reliable I am, and my knowledge of safety. They made me a job offer right after the interview and the onboarding was super quick.

I had a phone interview and an in-person interview. That's all there is to it. I don't have anything else to add, and I want to stop this process. It's too much to add your resume on your site.

I got a call back after submitting my resume and then had an interview at the warehouse in Tampa. The interviewer was the night-shift leader and was very approachable, not asking typical HR questions. I was overprepared. After about 15 minutes of discussing the role and my qualifications, I was given a tour of the facility. During the tour, I also spoke with another night shift leader and saw some loading. It was impressive to see managers involved in the physical work. Back in the office, we talked for another 15 minutes, and she inquired about my interest in driving positions. I felt the interview went well and we connected. Although I sent a thank you note, I haven't heard back in two weeks, and the job was posted again. I'm puzzled because I usually do well in interviews and haven't received any communication, even a rejection.
