The interview team used the STAR method to evaluate my answers. There was a panel of 5 people that i had to talk with. Each came with a set of questions using the behavior method

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, you talk to a screener whose job is to weed out underqualified applicants and ensure the hiring managers have engaged candidates. After that, you typically go to a final interview. Depending on the team structure, you might have a panel interview or interview with a direct manager. Usually, it's a panel interview so they can decide which team is the best fit for you. They ask "STAR" questions, so practice those. "Tell me about a time when." Make sure to clearly convey the Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Keep it concise if you get lost in the details, so they don't either. For example, "I once faced (X) when I was tasked with (Y), so I did (Z), which achieved (A)." Once you're accepted, it's typical pre-hire tasks from there.

Got a call from the recruiter for a quick chat. Then I had a phone interview with the area manager. A few days later, I did a face-to-face interview with the area manager. The interviews were pretty standard, nothing too tough. I didn't get the job in the end. It seems like a good place to work with chances to move up. Just a bit bummed I didn't get an email or call about not getting the job, I only found out by checking my applicant profile online.
