The interview was very relaxed and made me feel comfortable throughout. They inquired about my resume and discussed my background in talent acquisition, along with my recruiting abilities. It was straightforward, typical, and quick.

I applied online and heard back about a week later for a phone interview. After that, I had to submit an online reference check for 5 people. Then, I had a 2-hour in-person interview with the recruiting team, which also included some time on the phone with recruiters from the West Coast. I sent thank you emails after the interview but haven't heard anything back for over a month. I even emailed the lead recruiter and still got no response. They reposted the job, which I took as a rejection, but I feel like they should at least send a "no thank you" message. This whole experience has left a bad impression, and I'm not sure I'd want to work for a company that isn't courteous enough to respond in a timely manner.

I applied online and then got an email for a phone interview pretty quickly. I thought the phone interview went really well and I was super into the job. Then, like, less than an hour later, another recruiter called to set up an in-person interview for the next week. They sent me all the details: the schedule, parking info, how to find the place, etc. I spent a whole week prepping for this panel interview, really digging into the company and all the services they offer. But then, the night before, at 6 PM, they cancelled my interview. No reason given. I had even confirmed it earlier that day! I know my references were good (talked to all 5), so that wasn't it. I was so bummed! They cancelled with only 15 hours' notice, and I've tried reaching out twice with no response. Just an explanation would have been nice. Now I'm left wondering what went wrong.
