It started with a chat with the Internal Recruiter, then a phone call with the Hiring Manager. After that, I came in for interviews with 5 different people. I also interviewed for another role while I was there. All the interviews themselves went okay, even though a fire drill happened during my last one, which was weird. The main issue was the Internal Recruiter; they were the worst communicator I've ever dealt with. I feel like they didn't really get their job, because keeping candidates updated shouldn't be that difficult. I got good feedback from the interviews and was told they'd decide soon and get back to me, but I never heard anything. That's just terrible customer service.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So, it began with a recruiter screening, then I chatted with the hiring manager a few days later. After that, I was invited onsite for three separate interviews. It felt like a lot, but everyone was genuinely nice. Ultimately, I turned down the offer because it wasn't very competitive, and they were upfront that there wasn't much wiggle room on the compensation. It was a good experience overall, though, even if there were some hurt feelings from my declining. Oh well, I'd consider working there again in the future if the pay was better and bridges weren't burned.

Behavioral Technical

The whole process took one day and lasted about 4 hours. I had several 30-minute meetings with different people. They asked me some basic finance questions and then some behavioral questions. I heard back about two weeks later. I sent follow-up emails to thank everyone. I talked about my past experience and college courses that were relevant.
