Project Manager
I applied online and heard back from HR about 3 days later for a phone interview. Then, I went on-site for in-person interviews about two weeks after that. I had three interviews, each lasting 30-45 minutes, with members of the team I'd be joining: a peer, my supervisor, and a manager. The questions mainly focused on my past experience and project management skills. The next week, I returned for two more interviews, one with the President/CFO and another with the Founder/CEO. These were more casual and centered on how well I'd fit in, with only brief mentions of my experience. I got an offer right after the final interview and had a week to consider it. The HR team was really professional and nice the whole way through.
- Assuming you get the job, what do you believe are the main reasons we'd choose to hire you?
Project Manager
I had 4 quick interviews over 5 days. There was 1 phone interview, 2 virtual interviews, and 1 in-person interview. The process seemed pretty expedited because we both seemed interested, but then it took a while to make a decision.
- Can you describe your project management style?
Project Manager
It's a pretty extensive interview process, expect it to span a few days. They do this to really weed out the ones that wouldn't be a good fit both for the roll and the culture.
- Can you share some books you have read recently?
