Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HCS Healthcare.
Recruiter
First, I had a call with the internal recruiter for some basic questions and to go over my background. Then, I went in person for an interview and got a tour of the office. After that, I did an observation with a current recruiter and then met with the President. Finally, there was a background check, and then they sent over the offer letter.
- Can you describe your experience in sales or recruiting?
Recruiter
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone screen, then a character assessment test, followed by an in-person interview. After that, there was a shadow day and a final interview with the President. They mentioned the process has changed a bit recently, so this might not be the most up-to-date version.
- Can you discuss your performance and your activities?
Recruiter
Had a 3 part interview process. First I got a phone call from Holly, the corporate recruiter. She was very nice and professional. Next, I went in for an in person interview. The managers seemed nice enough but it is a bullpen and full of young people. The turnover rate seems extremely high, like they just churn and burn through people. I then shadowed their top producer who had been there for 1 yr and he said no one else on the floor in his department had been there long and he had seen many people come and go.
