First, I had a call with the internal recruiter for some basic questions and to go over my background. Then, I went in person for an interview and got a tour of the office. After that, I did an observation with a current recruiter and then met with the President. Finally, there was a background check, and then they sent over the offer letter.

It was a 2 step interview process. First, I met with the internal recruiter, and then I sat down with a lead to see the environment and go over the expectations. Second, I had a workday on the floor, and then a sit down with the President or Vice President. Where a suit and bring multiple copies of your resume.

Behavioral Other

Had a 3 part interview process. First I got a phone call from Holly, the corporate recruiter. She was very nice and professional. Next, I went in for an in person interview. The managers seemed nice enough but it is a bullpen and full of young people. The turnover rate seems extremely high, like they just churn and burn through people. I then shadowed their top producer who had been there for 1 yr and he said no one else on the floor in his department had been there long and he had seen many people come and go.

Other

The interview process has three steps. One of those steps is an 8-hour workday where you won't be paid. During this workday, you'll need to make over 100 calls to people. It doesn't matter if you've called them before. The goal is just to dial and not ask questions.
