The interview process included an aptitude, reasoning, and puzzle round which was a bit tough. Then there was a communication round that was very easy. After that, a technical interview where they asked core mechanical engineering questions, which I found to be of medium difficulty. Finally, an HR round which was completely about discussing their requirements and agreement constraints. Overall, it was very easy if you cleared the first round itself.

We start with an online application and resume screening, where we check your academics and skills. Then, there's an online aptitude test covering logic, quant, verbal, and some basic tech stuff. After that, a technical interview checks your core engineering knowledge, maybe some coding and concepts. The HR/personal interview looks at your communication, attitude, and if you fit our company culture. Finally, if you're selected, we'll send you an offer and get you onboarded.

The interview experience was really nice and not to worry about the results. It had quite simple problem-solving questions and MCQs, and was a great experience of interviews. I basically won't recommend attending the interview because it will take a long time to start onboarding, more than 1 year after hiring.
