Customer Support Engineer
The interview process was quite straightforward and easy to navigate. I secured this opportunity through campus placements. It involved a written test followed by a single interview round. About three months later, I received a selection notification and proceeded to Hyderabad for a month of training.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Network Support Engineer
After getting in touch with HR post CV submission, I had a phone interview. This was followed by a 1:1 interview which I passed. However, upon hearing the details of the role, it didn't seem challenging enough for me. I was considering the offer because it was a Pilot desk role, and Pilot batches usually have good growth opportunities, but the offer wasn't as attractive as I'd hoped, so I decided to stay with my current employer.
- Can you explain how AD administration is performed?
- What is your experience with server monitoring?
Network Support Engineer
The interview process kicked off with a face-to-face session where I introduced myself and talked about my work history. Next, there was a phone call for a technical assessment, focusing on my past roles and daily tasks. Following that, another face-to-face technical round happened, lasting about an hour, covering a lot of technical questions in my area. The final stage was an HR discussion about the job's salary and location.
